    I am most happy to share this special "Tibetan Happiness Meditation" with everyone!

    It seems that these times are rather crazy all over the World, and we need to pause and think about what it is we think about!

    I would suggest that we use this Meditation if we feel we are not happy or lack the capacity for happiness whatever the reason.

    HOW TO :

    Sit comfortably, (although kneeling and Standing Postures are fine as well!)

    Lightly close your eyes. SMILE!

    NOW, imagine (and also feel) a fast-flowing stream of light flowing into your heart; pure, brilliant, clear and delightfully warming and comfortable.

    As this Stream of Divine Light touches your heart, you experience the first budding of happiness, which grows stronger and stronger deep within you.

    You understand/realize that in everything you do, feel and say in your daily life, Happiness will be with you, inspiring and influencing your every thought and deed...

    Now, Don't Worry ... Be Happy !
