Please note that Energy Arts, Inc. is a small business and we fulfill all orders in-house. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive, and 4 weeks for international orders.

Return Policy
Within 30 days of deliver of your shipment, you may return any of the items below, for a full refund, not including shipping costs:
* Any book in its original condition
* Any unopened (still in plastic shrink wrap) CD, DVD, video or audiocassette.
The original invoice or receipt must be included with the returned item. Please keep a copy of the original invoice or receipt. We will refund shipping costs and the cost of returning the item to us only if the return is a result of our error.
We will not accept the return of any items returned more than 30 days past the delivery date. We will not accept the return of any opened items unless they are defective.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:
Energy Arts Inc. will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please follow our return instructions. The return shipping cost will also be refunded.
Product Refunds:
We will notify you of your refund via email after we have received and processed the returned item. Your refund will be processed in the original form of your payment for your purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card used. Payments by check will be refunded by check.
