Second CDThe second CD teaches you how to lengthen your breath, and shows you how Taoist breathing enables you to become aware of your emotions and deepen your meditative focus. Bruce makes you aware of how shallow, interrupted breathing is linked to negative emotions, such as fear or anger, and shows you how to use Longevity Breathing methods to relax and release them.
