    Progression of 24 Sessions

    Bruce Frantzis leads you through a progression of 24 sessions that help you extend the length of your breath and fully bring oxygen to the back and sides of your lungs, areas rarely engaged by shallow breathers. The timing of your breathing in and out is guided by the gentle sound of temple bells.

    First CD

    The first CD teaches you to feel your breathing and avoid holding your breath. Then you learn how to inhale into different parts of your body. This enables you to strengthen and massage your internal organs and spine with every breath you take.

    Second CD

    The second CD teaches you how to lengthen your breath, and shows you how Taoist breathing enables you to become aware of your emotions and deepen your meditative focus. Bruce makes you aware of how shallow, interrupted breathing is linked to negative emotions, such as fear or anger, and shows you how to use Longevity Breathing methods to relax and release them.
