    Bio 

    Alistair Shanks has studied with Bruce Frantzis since 1994. He attended weekly classes for eight years and has continued studying with Master Frantzis at his annual summer retreats as well as workshops in Boston and California. Mr. Shanks teaches weekly Tai Chi and Qigong classes in San Francisco and conducts regular workshops.
    Teaching Schedule:

     I teach Gods Playing in the Clouds on Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM and the Wu Short Form on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
