The Energy Arts System provides tools to increase your core energy and attain vibrant health. Energy Arts offers courses in chi gung, internal martial arts, meditation and related subjects.
These programs are especially valuable for alternative and conventional health practitioners, athletes, martial artists and people looking to enhance other forms of exercise, such as yoga and Pilates.

Core Chi Gung Program
Six primary chi gung courses plus Longevity Breathing® provide students with the foundations necessary for clearly and systematically learning the nei gung (neijiaquan), the ancient Taoist system for feeling and moving chi (qi) in the body, mind and spirit. These chi gung courses were deliberately chosen because they are among the oldest, most effective and most treasured of Taoist self-healing energy practices. All chi self-healing practices are based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine.
