Every dayLearn the Short Form or Refine Your Short or Long Form
April 28-May 2 and May 3-4If you'd like to learn the Short Form or tune up your Short or Long Form, either to prepare for the Wu Style Long Form Instructor training with Bruce in October or to increase your knowledge, you may do so with Energy Arts Senior Instructors at Brookline Tai Chi near Boston.
If you are a beginner, Eric Peters will teach you the entire Short Form from Monday to Friday. His instruction - and your continued practice - will qualify you for study of the Long Form in the fall or for study of tai chi as TAO Meditation with Bruce in July.
If you know the Short Form and want to go deeper into it, from Monday to Friday Craig Barnes will take you through the form and teach refined aspects of each movement. The better you know the Short Form, the more you'll enjoy it, the more easily you'll be able to practice it as TAO meditation, and the more ready you will be to learn the Long Form.
If you know the Long Form Alan Dougall will spend the weekdays working with you on refinements of core parts of the Long Form as well as other parts that you and other participants select.
On the weekend, Eric, Craig, and Alan will teach participants about Wu Style tai chi standing postures.
If you are not able to attend one of these events and would like to prepare for training with Bruce, please see the complete list of Wu Style Short Form Instructors.
