We are excited to announce that Bruce will be offering the first-ever Instructor training in Europe! Instructor trainings offer you the opportunity to learn the most advanced material that Bruce teaches, so you can take your Chi Gung practice to the next level. The last Instructor training for Dragon & Tiger occurred over three years ago and this will be a valuable opportunity to learn one of the most popular, powerful and effective medical Chi Gung sets ever developed in China.

Want to learn to feel your Chi? Dragon & Tiger is renowned for helping beginners start to feel the energy moving through their body. In China, Dragon & Tiger is known for its powerful preventative and healing effects for cancer, and for mitigating the effects of chemotherapyand radiation. For those in the medical and healing professions, this is an excellent way to understand how medical chi gung works.

This set is a perfect complement to those who do Tai Chi; yoga practitioners will also find this a wonderful prana (chi) moving practice to complement yoga postures.

We welcome all levels to this training. Participants may choose to attend without testing for certification. Although it is ideal to have prior knowledge of Dragon & Tiger chi gung, a beginner who has some talent in other movement or energetic work can reach Level 1 Instructor certification by the end of the training, as tens of thousands have in China. Level 2 attendees will be taught advanced joint techniques and Etheric body (Aura) practices.

A beginners' weekend will be held during the course to allow Instructor trainees to develop their teaching skills. Good teachers have to know the material well and how to impart their knowledge to others. Instructor Certification will be awarded to those who show sufficient knowledge and teaching competence. All others will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Prerequisites: Certificate of Attendance: None; Level 1: None; Level 2: Dragon & Tiger Instructor Certification or equivalent.

Daily Schedule

First days class starts at 9:00am 

During each course, Bruce Frantzis will teach four hours a day, rotating between groups throughout the day. Following each morning and afternoon session, Senior Instructors will work with each group for an additional hour to lead practices, answer questions, and provide individual instruction. Although infrequent, Bruce may require class to run long or short depending on group dynamics.

Senior Instructor Paul Cavel will teach a preparatory class in Brighton, UK:Thursday 28^th February & Friday 29^th February 2008; 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
