Collections Policies

Collections are assembled to help beginners and others who have a specific focus for their chi work. If you are an advanced practitioner, or already own many of Bruce's educational materials, you may find it more accommodating to purchase items individually. However, because of the incredible discounts, especially given the reduced shipping rates, we recommend that if you already own one or more items in a Collection that you give them away as gifts.

Terms of purchase:

• No substitutions.
• No partial refunds or credits including for Deluxe Collections.
• All product returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date in new condition.
• No refunds or credits if product packaging is open and/or for books that appear used.
• "Deluxe" offer excludes the Living Taoism^TM Collection; Ancient Songs of the TAO is included and a second set may not be added at the $50 promotional rate.
• Savings of "10-15%" is a general estimate; shipping rate savings are based on international fees.
• If any item arrives damaged, you must notify Energy Arts within 30 business days of purchase date.
• All refunds will be less shipping fees; customer must assume shipping fees for all returns.
