Please note that Energy Arts, Inc. is a small business and we fulfill all orders in-house. Most orders are shipped within 2-4 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive, and 4 weeks for international orders.

Return Policy

Within 60 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any of the items below, for a full refund, not including shipping costs:

* Books in original, new condition

* Unopened (still in plastic shrink wrap) CD or DVD.

Note: All audiocassettes and videotapes are final sale items.

The original invoice or receipt must be included with the returned item within 60 days of purchase date. Please keep a copy of the original invoice or receipt. We will refund shipping costs and the cost of returning the item to us only if the return is a result of our error or damage.

We will not accept the return of any items returned more than 60 days from date of purchase. We will not accept the return of any opened items unless they are defective.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:

Energy Arts Inc. will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Please follow our return instructions. The return shipping cost will also be refunded.

Foreign Shipments

Foreign shipments include all addresses outside the 48 continuous states.

Sometimes customs agents in foreign countries hold shipments, which they are at liberty to do for any length of time. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about it. Accordingly, if you do not receive your shipment within 60 days and you do not notify us within this time, Energy Arts can no longer assume responsibility for refunding your purchase.

Product Refunds:

We will notify you of your refund via email after we have received and processed the returned item. Your refund will be processed in the original form of your payment for your purchase within 14 business days after we receive your return. Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card used. Payments by check will be refunded by check.

Returns should be shipped by US or International mail to this P. O. Box. Please do not use FedEx, UPS or other carriers as they will not deliver to a P. O Box. Thank you.
