After doing a lot of research, I choose to study the Energy Arts Chi Gung system, and it has totally transformed my martial life! I’m a Karate teacher, and I was having a lot of chronic pain and tightness in my joints, particularly my left knee and hip. I talk to many senior Karate Ka, and I watched how the “old dogs” moved, and it became obvious that my case was the standard, not the exception.

Karate training was actually damaging to a mature adult, it appeared. I am now 35, I feel better than I did at 28. My speed, power, timing, and awareness have all been improving. Before it had been diminishing. My joint pain and stiffness has all but disappeared. It now looks like I have the opportunity to keep improving my martial ability into my 80’s! Thanks Bruce, for the hope of 50 years more of martial arts training!
