Chi Gung/Qigong for Older Martial Artists
After doing a lot of research, I choose to study the Energy Arts Chi Gung system, and it has totally transformed my martial life! I’m a Karate teacher, and I was having a lot of chronic pain and tightness in my joints, particularly my left knee and hip. I talk to many senior Karate Ka, and I watched how the “old dogs” moved, and it became obvious that my case was the standard, not the exception.

Practicing tai chi and chi gung has made me a different person at 63 than I was at 55. I haven’t had bronchitis for three winters now. My allergies have all but disappeared. I can go for months at a time without using inhalers. I no longer have that stooped chicken walk. And I have the energy and stamina I had in my early thirties.
