Hiya everyone,

I'm now teaching regular qigong, tai chi and bagua tracks at my new location, the London Welsh Centre, which is just a 10-minute walk from the Kings Cross station (also within walking distance of Euston and other Tube stations).

Here's what I have planned for autumn 2012:

Bagua Fundamentals 4-Course Series: 30 September-16 December 2012

We will cover:

  • Warm-up Exercises to safely prepare the body and mind for physical activity.
  • Unification Exercises to unify the physical body and connect specific chi flows.
  • Circle Walking, including Mud Walking as
taught by the original Pre-birth Bagua School of Beijing to open the
    body and generate internal power.
  • 8 Essential Walking Postures to develop and balance chi.
  • Dragon Arm Exercises to embody the specific flavour of bagua, release tension and prepare the body for the Single Palm Change.

I'm accepting only 20 students to ensure every student receives hands-on corrections and personal feedback from me in every class.

Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form 4-Class Series: 6 October-8 December 2012

http://www.relaxationmeditation.co.uk/classes/camden-tai-chi

Beginners will learn the form and fundamental internal content while existing practitioners will focus on developing and connecting the legs, kwa and spine. I'm accepting only 20 students to ensure every student receives hands-on
corrections and personal feedback from me in every class.

Qigong: The Five Keys of the Energy Arts System

I hope to see you out,

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful opportunity to attend the Wu style short form. It is no exaggeration to say that what I learnt in one week, I couldn’t have learnt anywhere else in a lifetime.
