Bend the Bow--Spinal Qigong Course Details

Bend the Bow Spinal Qigongi trains you in advanced neigong (nei gungi/neijiaquan) components that helps you control, strengthen and regenerate the chi energies of the spine and heal such severe back problems, as scoliosis. In effect, Bend the Bow Spinal Qigong is the second part of the Marriage of Heaven and Earth Qigong.

Phases of learning:

  1. The first phase of learning Bend the Bow Spinal Qigong warms up and loosens the spine and relaxes the nervous system.
  2. During the second phase, basic physical movements and reverse breathing techniques help teach you to control spinal energy.
  3. In the third phase, you are taught how to:
  • Link together the physical and energetic movements of the internal organs to the spine and all the joints
  • Move each vertebra independently, one by one, in any direction at will without external physical motion
  • Regulate the fluids that surround your spinal cord and brain
  • Pulse the space between each spinal vertebra, one by one
  • Introduce how to apply and integrate Bend the Bow within the internal martial arts of Tai Chii, Hsing-Ii and Bagua, and Qigong in general
  • Open and close all your spinal vertebrae simultaneously as one integrated unit
  • Become aware of and correct left and right imbalances in the body in general and in the spinal vertebrae in particular.

Bend the Bow seminar in CA

Hello,
I have been exposed to QiGong before, but I am a definite beginner. I have ongoing back problems that Western Medicine has done all that they can do, to help me. I am interested in attending the Bend the Bow seminar, but am concerned that it may be too advanced for me.
What is your opinion? Would this seminar be suitable for someone with little prior experience, in QiGong?
Thank you,
Lynn

I want to thank you so much for the wonderful opportunity to attend the Wu style short form. It is no exaggeration to say that what I learnt in one week, I couldn’t have learnt anywhere else in a lifetime.
