Taoist Longevity Breathing a system of whole body breathing that can be done by itself or put into tai chi and qigong practices. Taoist Longevity Yoga is a gentle system whereby the yogi puts all 16 neigong, or internal energy components, in over 20 sets. Bruce has just started to teach and release this system.

As a psychiatrist working in a hospital I treat patients experiencing severe crises. This work can be very stressful at times. For the past 10 months I have been doing standing outer dissolving almost every day. Over this time I have noticed a big decrease in the amount of tension and contractions in my body.
