What is the best time to practice?

For people with busy schedules, the answer is whenever you can. A good time is early in the morning, around sunrise. Practice in the morning is best on an empty stomach, so that the energy of the body is not being dissipated by digesting breakfast. Have breakfast afterwards. Early evening is also a good time, however, since these practices generate energy, you should avoid exercising too close to bedtime. The optimal (but least convenient) time to practice energy development exercises begins about two hours before dawn, which is when the earth is the quietest and naturally occurring psychic disturbance is lowest.

Testimonials

In November 2009 I was lucky to attend The Chi Rev Workout workshop in Basel Switzerland with Bruce. There I learned D&T movement 1, 4 and 5 and began practicing on a regular basis.

Since then - the really great thing is - that I do not suffer from springtime pollen allergies anymore. This is my 3rd year allergy free.

Recently I completed the online D&T course and I am now able to perform the full set of seven movements with ease.
