    Hello there

    I have been dissolving blockages for a long time using various methods and am interested to try BKF’s.

    What is the best fast primer ? Is there an audio ?

    I did look at the “Relaxing Into Your Being” book … but apart from the “idea” to dissolve into space I found it quite wordy.

    I saw the index for the “Opening the Energy Gates” book and there seemed to be 4 pages on it only, pg 56.

    What’s my best bet ?

    Best would be a guided audio then I could listen learn practice all at once.

    hello there- best of luck in your seeking .. I hope you continue to find what interests as well as assist your development..

    (you mention “dissolving” using methods, and then “to try BKFs”.. thus seems to imply “dissolving” from other teacher/systems/methodologies.. my experience found that many different contexts use related names, and may seem to be talking about similar things, but not.. as well as whether it is related or “a unique animal” a “different beast”… to give the oppor to see it with ‘clear/fresh vision’.. as if it is coming from a different “layer” of mind.. deeper, perhaps? as over time, as yrs pass, if one is still seeing/acting from a similar related mind-depth.. it is possible (just a possibility one might explore) that the game can be different- the “aha” event.

    .. so one idea, I’ve found, the idea (as I just wrote about in another forum-comment-post), the idea of doing actions in the “normal state of mind” using actions that we have “terms for” is welcoming.. but how do you describe how to bend your left-pointer finger? you just do, but if you “explain” to someone that received a bump-bang-trauma (car accident, or perhaps int’l stroke, head-injury, spine or a cut to hand, sewn up, but it doesn’t work the same).. how “instruct” them to move, if you just show- and move your own.. how help? if you say, it feels like.. xyz.. help? but to get them where they are, to being able to (which actually isn’t just an “understanding” but in this example, actually re-wiring the neurons/nerve-paths.. growing as well as plasticity re-engaging, re-aligning..)..

    the learning of tasks- even “sinking” (based upon feeling- directly contacting.. just as ‘dissolving’ is based upon being able to concretely-distinctly sink).. is actually triggering a ‘re-wiring of the system, as you learn.

    the relaxing into your being (or Opening the E-gates), or even Dr&T.. is actually ‘all’ about it.. but prerequisites.. sets the stage.. as to dissolve is just contact it, and in connection what “that part” it.. huh? which part of mind? the everyday, what to eat for dinner part of mind? no.. that layer of mind can’t dissolve..
    and “make it dissolve” ? how do I “do it” (what action forces it to change now?).. not quite that.. that is missing it.. (even then saying “allowing” it.. huh? . ..

    so need to set the stage, and enter the ballpark).. so standing, and feeling..
    work up to (gradually as once you first stand and let-go a bit, with alignments, its a new thing).. and workup to 20mins (such that not zoning out by toughening through it.. but at ease-feeling more and deeper.. the bodies twitchy distractions, etc..
    “standing” as described.. and even a light application of the breathing principles (as you’ll be breathing anyway– but not as a breathing-action.. just more involved in the breath, which can overstimulate.. nerves jangle… – this depends int’l adaptations, which then gives the skills, to catch little clues.. [having done that…]

    its not just that a paragraph or ch has the stuff, and can skip all the other parts :)

    just like jogging adjusts the body over time, not just adapts the bottom of feet to “pounding” but also the lungs-heart.. and vascular .. but can dampen much of the affect by tension.. -not just working up to jogging a certain distance, so if push and finally complete it, ah did it.. its gradually becoming able to, under the surface triggered changes.. (and likewise, a soccer/football practice is kicking the ball.. so can skip the laps jogging and sprints at the start of practice and just get to the scrimmaging.. .. once all the building blocks are in place, then do ABC clicks..

    dunno if that helps- either way, I hope you find something, and continue to make your life and others a bit better from these practices.. cheers
