I’m currently practicing Energy Gates and the 5 Keys and am interested in trying out Dragon & Tiger. I can already feel my Qi very strongly due to other practices I did in my 20s, but I feel Dragon and Tiger could be beneficial for me for it’s ability to strengthen the etheric field.
I know it’s said you should focus only on one form for years, but hypothetically, if someone were to do these 3 sets in tandum what would be the best way?
Could you do Energy Gates, 5 Keys and Dragon and Tiger on the same days or would you do them on alternate days?
If you did them on the same day, would you leave out the EG and DT exercises from the 5 Keys and just do the Circle Hands from the 5 Keys since the other moves are incorporated in EG and DT already?
And what would be the best organisation of the excersises, e.g. would you do EG first, then Circle Hands and DT last?
