as a thought I figure the best minimum is 4
-if I’m focusing in on the movements (one to ‘get-going’ second&third sort of in motion, and fourth- one is deaccelerating to stop.. with the goal being to end a set- and yet not “lose-the-thread’.. if that makes sense.. so that you have a grasp of some continuity-even just a hint, that you link to the next.. or even if just end, not suddenly stop (as Bruce said it- during and as end, and even after- going on to do else, not “Shatter the Crystal Matrix” .. like carrying glass, or even a sprouted-shoot, young plant.. nurture it, so it grows, and becomes more stable).
if doing more in a row- ie 20 .. thus the first one (even the first 2 or 3 reps) to get moving– then there is longer in the “momentum phase” where their is more of a linkage…
