Hi, is it advised to practice opening & closing (pulsing) as learned in Marriage of Heaven & Earth Qi Gong while practicing San Ti?

For sure! Heaven & Earth is the perfect combination for all of Kumar’s Hsing-I training. In the same way, Gods in the Clouds matches with Ba Gua, and Energy Gates matches with Wu Style Tai Chi.
