Earth + Thunder Elements in Bagua: Sat-Sun, 11-12 August

Although Thunder is well-known for its explosive nature, its predominate disposition is yin. We'll start off by reviewing choreography and then delve deep into the energetics that power the sudden release of energy and the sphere in Fourth Palm. Existing practitioners will also revisit Double Palm to explore how to maintain the sphere while working with amorphous energy.
