Senior Instructor Jamie Dibdin has studied with Bruce since 1987. He works with small groups, preferring to develop practitioners who can use the health, fighting and meditative aspects of Wu Style Tai Chi and Ba Gua Zhang.

As of the end of June 2011 I will be leaving Germany behind as my place of residence. I will, however, continue to work there at various times throughout the year-as well as offering week long trainings in Brighton and weekends/one day classes around the place...For example London etc...

This set is very useful as it contains a very strong foundation and introduction to Master Frantzis' teachings. The class will include some attention to how to use the set to develop health and some aspects of how to develop internal power in a sane and relaxed manner.

In each session we will do 4 hours on the subject then half hour per day on Taoist Presence Practices. A course will run with 2 participants up to 4 normally, if possible not more than 6.

New Programs For 2013

I have decided to use the following format for the Metronomes...
A. Longevity Breathing. Marriage of Heaven and Earth
B. Gods. Bagua
C. Opening the Energy Gates i) Standing ii) Moving
D. Dragon and Tiger. Circling Hands

Every month we will be doing the program in the order presented. For example January 2013 will be program A, February Program B etc. 12 sessions per year will mean we run through the programs 3 times each year.
Each segment is 2 hours long, each 2 hours cost £30 both sessions cost £55.

An optional session of 1 hour will finish each day and will be on Taoist Presence Practices...cost £15...Cost for all three sessions £70.
Start time 11am finishing at 4.30pm.
