I'm teaching a six-day course on Gods Playing in the Clouds with an optional bagua group as follows:

25-30 August 2012 | Cologne

http://www.relaxationmeditation.co.uk/classes/retreats/bagua-qigong-koln

Everyone will train Gods on the weekend to open the body and release stress and tension, preparing the body for deeper work with Gods or training of the Single and Double Palm Changes.

Gods Qigong and bagua share a unique goal: to integrate the entire
neigong system into one coherent whole. They also share the same modus
operandi: to engage and operate the whole body through the six
directions (up/down, forward/back and left/right) in a spherical manner. Both groups will focus on creating spherical motion.

Beginners--this is a rare opportunity to learn the six-movement Gods set and the fundamental internal techniques that power up this sophisticated qigong system.

Existing practitioners will work with:

  • Opening and closing the cavities
  • Physical mechanics and energetics that underlie spherical motion
  • Generating power from the spine
  • Cultivating strong chi circulation
  • Leading integrated motion from the lower tantien

Gods weekend-only option available. I'm accepting 24 students only to ensure everyone receives personal feedback and hands-on corrections from me in each day.

Studio accommodation for just 10 euros/night.
