There are regular rate ($99 per night) rooms available at the Maui Beach Hotel with two double size beds which can be shared with other students to reduce cost.

Please post here if you are interested in sharing a room with another student during the Dragon and Tiger Instructor Training.

Thanks and see you soon!

So far not coming up with

So far not coming up with much in terms of reasonably priced accommodation. Haiku is booked. That sounded great. To aid the search what areas do I look for that are near the Maui Beach Hotel? I am not familiar with Maui. That would help some.

Does anyone have a room booked at the Maui Beach Hotel that they would like to share? If so what is the room rate. I am retired & living on a pension & trying to keep expenses down.

I am looking for people on a budget that may be interested in rooming at one of the North Shore Hostels. It would be good to have travelling companions to make the daily trip to the Maui Beach Hotel.

Aloha, We are two people (28

Aloha,

We are two people (28 and 35) coming from Germany and would like to share a place with other students.

So far we reserved a room at the Northshore Hostel (just to be sure to have something affordable) but we would prefer to rent a house with 2-4 other people.

We found one interesting house in Wailuku (in cycling distance to the Maui Beach Hotel) which is suitable for 4-6 People and looks really good. There are two videos on youtube: http://http//www.youtube.com/watch?v=BTa6xUo6qUY where you can see the place.
I talked to the owner and it is still available for the time we need it.
It would be 120$ a night for 4 people + cleaning +tax. So it would be around 35$ a night per person.

We also have two other houses which would work for 4-6 people - please get in touch with us, that we can figure out the best option.
If anyone is interested please let us know, we would be happy to share.
Email: liebhold (at) gmx.de or call me at +49 - 202 - 2613030 (landline)

Mahalo and see you soon.

Aloha Philip and Verena, it

Aloha Philip and Verena,

it looks perfect to me.
Would be nice to share the place with you and other people.
Other cheap places would be welcome too.

I'm male, 48, (but feel younger inside...) clean and silent, easy person to live with.
No problem to share sleeping room with other people, if needed.
It sounds good to share the experience with other people (and keep rates down, too),
last year I've spend the one month training in a little room...
I'm afraid my english is not good enought for a telephone call, so please keep in contact by mail.
I've reserved at Northshore hostel too, but was looking for something like this.

Sincerely,
Gustavo Somma
