Brian Cooper began his studies of Tai Chi and Qigong (Chi Gung; Chi Kung) in 1979. He also studied Aikido, Shiatsu, and the Feldenkrais technique. He met Bruce Frantzis in 1987 and has been studying with him ever since. Brian became a full-time teacher in 1989. He teaches classes in the Brighton area and holds workshops throughout the UK.
A founder member of the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain, Brian also helps to organise Bruce Frantzis's events in the UK.
Many of the certified teachers within Energy Arts began their studies at Brian's classes.
Brian's greatest interest is in incorporating the skills learned in Qigong (Chi Gung) and Taoist meditation into the Wu Style Long Form.

In November 2009 I was lucky to attend The Chi Rev Workout workshop in Basel Switzerland with Bruce. There I learned D&T movement 1, 4 and 5 and began practicing on a regular basis.
Since then - the really great thing is - that I do not suffer from springtime pollen allergies anymore. This is my 3rd year allergy free.
Recently I completed the online D&T course and I am now able to perform the full set of seven movements with ease.
