Dragon and Tiger Qigong Intensive Training

Washington, DC, United States
19 June 2017 - 1 July 2017

Whether you are seeking to greatly improve your ability as a practitioner or to become a certified instructor (see below for full certification details), this Dragon & Tiger Intensive Training is for you.

Here you will immerse yourself for two weeks in the art of Dragon & Tiger Qigong with Taoist Master Bruce Frantzis and his most experienced Dragon & Tiger Level 3 and Senior Instructors (Bill Ryan, Carig Barnes and others). You will work daily with them as well as with other motivated and dedicated students/practitioners.

What's the difference between attending an intensive and a workshop? An intensive is just that. It's the deepest exploration of a subject offered and through a combination of teaching, personal feedback and focused practice sessions, will give you the best opportunity to emerge with the material not just in your head, but integrated into your body.

Course price after May 1: $1995

There will be three training groups: Levels 1, 2 and 3. The Level 1 and 2 groups are open to anyone who meets the prerequisites listed below. The Level 3 group requires personal invitation from Bruce as well as extensive experience and many years of prior training.

Bruce will offer teachings for the Level 1, 2, and 3 groups each day. The Senior Instructors will do a significant amount of the daily teaching for groups 1 and 2.Read more...

In November 2009 I was lucky to attend The Chi Rev Workout workshop in Basel Switzerland with Bruce. There I learned D&T movement 1, 4 and 5 and began practicing on a regular basis.

Since then - the really great thing is - that I do not suffer from springtime pollen allergies anymore. This is my 3rd year allergy free.

Recently I completed the online D&T course and I am now able to perform the full set of seven movements with ease.
