Harness the Healing Power of Your Life Force

The Chi Revolution challenges you to free yourself from negative emotions and the incessant chatter of your monkey mind to optimize your health and well-being.  The unique, energetic exercises that compromise the Chi Rev Workout teach you how to awaken and strengthen your chi so you can start relaxing into your life today.

Chi flows like a river through you, following the path of least resistance.  When the flow of chi is free, open and unbound, it flows toward positive, life-nurturing forces.  A strong life-force makes you feel totally alive, alert and "present."  -Bruce Frantzis

Chi, or, your life-force energy, is the energy that keeps each of us alive and connected to one another and all living things.  Chi is the life-force of the universe, holistically connecting everything together as one whole.  The more strongly and more abundantly you build up your chi, the more strongly you ignite the healing forces within you.

The Chi Revolution explains how chi is the power behind:

  • Spirituality, prayer and meditation
  • Acupuncture and potent self-healing methods such as qigong and Taoist yoga
  • Enhanced sexual vitality and intimate relationships
  • Internal martial artsi such as tai chi
  • Practical, real-time divination methods of the I Chingi

“Join me and millions of others who are taking back control of our bodies and minds.  It is time that chi practices become national health exercise-just as they are in China.  One way to begin to make this happen is by embracing the knowledge offered in The Chi Revolution and adopt a daily chi practice of your own.  Taking this small step can lead to much bigger ones that inspire others to follow your example and affect global change for the better."
–Angela Hicks, Co-founder of the College of Intregated Chinese Medicine in Reading, England

Excerpt from The Chi Revolution:

Becoming Present

The ability to be present in your life is not determined by where you are or where you are going to be. It's about being awake to your experience through each moment without wanting it to be better or different. Many people spend a good portion of their lives fighting the circumstances around them; they want their relationships to be other than what they are, life to be better than it is; they'd like to twist some aspect of life into something it is not.

When you can be fully present to your experience, you see life as it is, without filters. You don't make excuses or blame others for the circumstances under which you find yourself. Now, you may not necessarily love the current state of your affairs, whether physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. However, when you can look at any situation for what it is truly and turn your focus away from the negative emotions, you gain the ability to change. Perhaps you won't be able to change the circumstances, but you can change how you deal with those circumstances. As long as you reject the state you are in, you lose the ability to change.

Acceptance will keep you from becoming a prisoner that is tied up inside by your thoughts and emotions.

Being present is the antidote.

Testimonials

Sometimes it can take a setback to wake you up to what is valuable and what isn't. I had been fighting an intense legal battle with devastating effects on my business and on my health. I had to face starting over again very late in life. I couldn't do much about the drain on my time and money; however, I could do something about the drain on my health. Thank God for qigong!
