Relaxing the face

Just a note to thank you for all your vids and all the effort you are putting into disseminating the truth about Internal skill.
I studied with you in 1975 and it changed my life. The experience has enabled me to manifest my humanity to the best of my ability, and as a bouncer/nightclub manager, has allowed me to survive in a less than friendly environment and handle situations where, if I weren't in control of myself, the results would have been very different from the (mostly) peaceful resolutions I prefer to manifest.
Thank You,
Ray

The face

Great reminder...observing others as well...when I'm sharing the joy in life, being able to allow the bony in all areas to match. What's going on in my mind sub vocally my heart and the spiritual entity to match!!! I've been told and shared with others...if you're happy maybe you should tell your face in a loving way of course.

Thank You so much!!!
