Tai Chi Exercises Course Details

The Tai Chi Exercise System was developed by Master Frantzis to give a student the movement basics that normal tai chi classes and courses often lack. This helps students easily learn and remember the motions of any kind of tai chi form with the least effort and frustration possible by first learning a set of core tai chi exercises.

The physical movements of tai chi must be stable before the powerful internal energetics can be added. This is an issue because for many have trouble just remembering the specific sequence of the movements themselves. This became abundantly clear to Master Frantzis after having taught 10,000 plus tai chi students over the past forty years.

For a tai chi practitioner there are four major coordination aspects that are essentia to learn and do movements of any tai chi form to either a minimum or excellent standard. So what’s needed?

  1. Six Combinations
  2. Waist-leg-arm-hand coordination
  3. Threading the needle
  4. Outer movements that cause specific internal compressions to the internal organs, glands and internal fluid movements within the body.

Without having a solid understanding of the physical movements that are within tai chi and without doing them properly the result is having a unstable structure. Even though someone may practice for many hours if they have not developed a solid containter then it is like pouring water into a cup with a hole in the bottom. The profund health benefits of tai chi can’t accumulate to its full potential. The qi or internal energy leaks and/or becomes stuck in the body and does not smoothly circulate.

During this unique tai chi course we will go through the exercises from two perspectives:

  1. First showing and explaining the main points of the exercises, with each having several variations.
  2. Second, by explaining how the salient points of these exercises are repetitively present in all movements of every tai chi form. We will also see how the lack of these basic movement abilities can create a "glass ceiling" in your tai chi and qigong practice.

You will come away with a set of exercises that you can practice as an introduction to your tai chi form or as an superlative exercise program by itself.
