Has anyone even approached a 2 minute breath yet? If you have, do you know if this starts to help you control the movement of interstitial fluids?

On the better days, I’ve been comfortable at around a minute and a half. I can’t say that I specifically felt interstitial fluid, but definitely became more sensitive to the movement of fluids in general. It feels almost as if you’re breathing water after a point. Another person who attended the breathing training in Crete said that it felt like the scene in Abyss where he starts breathing the oxygenated fluids…that was actually a really good description!

Specifically, I also started becoming very aware how the length of the breath was integrally tied to how smoothly, deeply, and the efficiently the blood was flowing. Sometimes my breath would be limited by an area in which the blood seemed sluggish or not able to handle the pressure of a deeper breath (and I do still mean a soft pressure, not forced). When the area would free up or begin to accommodate the increase in pressure, the breath would naturally lengthen.

Myself and others have also had some experiences with the still point that Bruce talks about as the breath starts to extend. It truly does feel as if you have stopped breathing! A bit freaky at first.
