Hi everybody,
My tongue naturally started to shift towards the middle of my palate (fire position). Since then, my body dries up quite a bit and energy tends to be stuck on my plexus/throat area. I drink a lot of water but it is still dry sometimes…
As this transition goes through, I feel like my healing focus is more on my middle to upper back / neck.
Is anybody experiencing something similar?

Hey! Take the tip of your tongue behind your upper teeth.
If you say the word “le or let” you will find it.
Hold it there very soft in your practice.
