    In our Tai Chi classes we will be performing simple movements to help you reconnect with your body, feel where you have tightness and restrictions, begin to soften and release them, and build an eternal inner strength through relaxation. These classes are open to beginners of all ages and are focused on building and regaining health, movement and flexibility within our bodies. The Wu style is especially good for back and spine problems, balance issues and people who feel exhausted a lot of the time, but is also hugely beneficial to those who are fit, able and in the prime of their lives.Loose, comfortable clothing should be worn and I personally go barefoot, but shoes can be worn if you prefer.Learn more at www.taichieffect.com hope to see you in a class sometime.
