Dragon-Tiger To The Rescue

Dear Bill and Friends,

I have just completed week 10, and this is my second testimonial this week!
For many years I have woken up during the night with troubled thoughts and feelings. My pattern has been to try to solve this on my own, and if that fails, to turn to prayer (Abba,Father) for comfort. Which is what I did today -- and then the impulse came to get up to do Dragon-Tiger qigong, which I did. And -- serenity returned.

I even wrote a poem about it -- see below

Dear Bill and K and K ---

Thank you so much for bringing Dragon and Tiger online. Today is Week Ten for me and I am almost in tears -- I don't want it to end. I feel just like at the end of a seminar or retreat, when it's time to go home, but I want to stay.

But fortunately, it's all down-loaded, and I'll be able to practise with you anytime, and I hope to do just that.

Even after Week One I was feeling more qi -- my tai chi teacher noticed, although I had not said anything. I also feel more balanced and joyful and confident.

When the Student is Ready the Teacher Appears

I signed up intending to extend my basic knowledge of Qigong and Tai Chi. Within the first week I found myself in need of those shoulder rolls and loosening of fascia to soothe and help to heal an injury caused by distractedly stepping onto a treadmill. It was not moving. But somehow I lost my feet and found myself hanging on the arm of the machine and severely bruising my ribs. I actually felt them flex all the way back to my spine - a weird and frightening sensation.

Thank you Bruce. I experienced immediate pain relief beginning Level I - 3rd video. I advanced one a day, very slowly and ever since following the rule of 75% of the capacity has been practiced. Smart rule that can be applied to everything we do.

I also feel great doing the breathing routines along the day as I walk or drive, any moment along the day when I feel any stress. .

New Head, Neck, Shoulder Online Program

I have been practicing Qiqong (Dragon Tiger, 5 Keys, Energy Gates) as well as beginning Baqua and Breathing/Meditation for about 3 years, via DVDs, online courses and books. This is an excellent complement to all of these. Lately, partially because I broke the 70% rule practicing Bagua, I've had to take a step back and return to basics, specifically Dragon Tiger and 5 Keys. Practicing both of these as well as standing meditation/breathing. I've noticed that tight neck and shoulders has been an obstacle. The serendipitous launching of this program has been hugely beneficial.

Dragon-Tiger for seniors

Part of the regimen I teach at a senior living campus is Dragon -Tiger Medical Qigong. Seniors ranging in age from 80 to 94 find the first movement especially useful in increasing blood circulation in the legs, ankles and feet, with the intent of drawing blood back up to the heart. Very beneficial to those suffering from nephropathy and diabetes. Thanks Bruce!

I have been practising Tai Chi and Qigong for many years (c15) and it has been the love of my life since I started. I came across Bruce's work in 2015 at a week long retreat in Oxford and I was blown away. I also attended his Ibiza Bagua retreat in 2016. This work is deeply transformational on many levels and once I started training with Bruce and some of his Energy Arts teachers (Aaron Green, Oct 2015) I entered a world of the real internal energetics of this practise.

In November 2009 I was lucky to attend The Chi Rev Workout workshop in Basel Switzerland with Bruce. There I learned D&T movement 1, 4 and 5 and began practicing on a regular basis.

Since then - the really great thing is - that I do not suffer from springtime pollen allergies anymore. This is my 3rd year allergy free.

Recently I completed the online D&T course and I am now able to perform the full set of seven movements with ease.
