Welcome to the Energy Arts website where you will find hundreds of pages of content and an active instructor community to support your learning.
I've been called the foremost Western expert in Wu style tai chi and Yang style tai chi, holding direct linegages from China. I teach six powerful qigong sets as well as bagua zhang and hsing-i from the martial, health and meditation perspectives.
My real passion is teaching the Taoist meditation tradition, a direct path to awakening your highest potential. Through energy arts practices which include yoga, breathing and meditation, it is possible to make a direct connection to your essence and find answers to the larger questions of life.
I truly believe that we offer the highest quality Taoist teachings available in the West. Over the years I have seen that anything is possible you only need the intention, courage and persistence to begin, then maintain your practice.
I invite you to join our mailing list. When you do, you'll receive some free downloads, including free breathing lessons, a tai chi report and other helpful educational materials.
The best way to learn is to experience Energy Arts directly by attending an event. Many students report that attending their first event changed their life for the better. If you have not yet attended an event and you’re considering doing so, email us and we’ll offer you a discount on a week long course.
Two other resources that might be helpful: Energy Arts has over 400 teachers worldwide, which you can search by subject or location in our instructor directory. If you have a question, I encourage you to head over to our forum, where you can find answers to questions and connect with an experienced instructor.
Thanks for checking out our site, I look forward to being with you along The Way.
Because Dragon and Tiger Qigong is a simple and effective qigong practice, it is taught to students at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. Tracing the meridian lines helps our students to become more sensitive to both their own and their patients' chi and enables them to become better acupuncturists.
