Giselle Martins

Since 2014, Giselle has trained in Taoist internal alchemy across three lineages, with a strong foundation in the Wu Yuxiang lineage through the Energy Arts School, including Qigong instructor training with Bruce Frantzis in the Taoist Water tradition (Energy Gates, Neigong, Gods Playing in the Clouds, Tui Na). She also trained in the Wudang San Feng lineage during a four-month immersion in China under Master Yuan Xiu Gang and Jake Pinnick, and received Quanzhen lineage teachings with Mantak Chia, focusing on Inner Alchemy practices.

Trained in counselling and psychology across New Zealand, Australia, and UC Berkeley, Giselle integrates somatic, trauma-informed, and contemplative approaches. With about twenty years of Buddhist practice in the Tantric Vajrayana tradition from the Tibetan Drikung Kagyu lineage, Giselle studies under her root teacher, Lama Yongdu Chokyi Gyaltsen since 2008, and has received transmissions and empowerments from H.E. Drikung Lho Ontul Rinpoche.
