I started my journey in martial arts and meditation when I was 9 years old. I fell in love with the beautiful movements which enhanced my physical abilities as well as my mental fortitude. It has been and will be my lifelong study and passion.Qigong has also tremendously aided my recovery from an Aikido accident. It helped to relieve the foraminal stenosis in my back and pain from ligament injuries. Healing myself I found the magic of energy work in Qigong and Neigong and have been studying continuously since. In addition to attending seminars by Bruce Frantzis, I have taken courses from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine to learn more about the link between Qigong Healing and Acupuncture, gaining two certifications in The Arts of Feeling Qi and The Art of Dragon & Tiger Qigong for Helping Professions.I believe and hope that the gift I have received can be passed on to help individuals become healthier and more independent in their developments physically, emotionally and spiritually.
