Hi everyone,
I did the exercise, where you take a breath on each part of the 3-part walking and this question came into my mind. When you go further to 4-part walking would you take 4 breaths or more precise, would you change breath while shifting your weight (part 2->3)?
You do the same thing for the four-part step, one full breath at each of the four parts.
I suppose that in the initial phase of learning how to change directions, this breathing method should also be applied to each phase o the turn.
Am I correct ?
Thank you Paul for your answer. I watched most of the DVDs and now I know that it is treated in one of the videos.
I did this breathing on the turn in two parts and it’s quite stable now, so why not.
