AnonymousGuestHi everyone,
I’ve been talking with our instructors here at Brookline Tai Chi in Boston about hosting a meet-up for members of the Bagua Mastery Program this spring. Before we get into a lot of planning, I wanted to see how interested people would be.
I’m picturing at least a full day of training, maybe some kind of banquet the night before. Just good food, good training, and getting to know each other a little bit better.
Since we’re literally all over the world, it would be great to get an idea of where people would likely be able to attend.
Let me know what you think!
Thanks,

AnonymousGuestYes, I’m in, too. The northeast is good for me, but with enough lead time I can be flexible.

AnonymousGuestHow did I know that you two would be interested??
That’s great. I’ll be in touch about finding a date soon.
Thanks,

AnonymousGuestI have a strong feeling that I will be confined to Colorado for the foreseeable future.

AnonymousGuestHey Scott,
How about a Rocky Mountain Meet-up?

AnonymousGuestI’m totally up for that, but I imagine plenty of people live on the coasts and that they would be better served with something there. It seems like Boston has quite a contingent of practitioners, though I dont know if many of them are in this BMP cycle.
Are there other Colorado BMP program people out there? If so, does anyone wanna have a Colorado locals meet up sometime?
“Meet up” is a strong label for just two people, but I’ve trained individually with Lee Burkins before, and hope to continue doing so going forward [he’s on the other side of the state than me.] Also, there are people here in Denver who teach bagua, and I took classes under two of them before.
For a “big” meet-up, that should be in a place that makes sense for lots of people. Also, it would make sense to hold it somewhere with a practice studio that is accessible. Personally, I don’t have a studio, or access to anyplace that would fit many people.

AnonymousGuestI think a “meet up” of two, especially when one of the two is Lee Burkins, could still be pretty powerful.
