About 10 or 15 years ago I was at Anvil Ranch in CA taking a week long workshop on Spiraling Energy body, at one point Bruce grabbed his more senior students and showed them how to start connecting spiraling beyond the energy gates inside the body out into the etheric body. It has been a long time since he taught this and I have never heard any more about it.
Does anyone have any notes or comments that they are willing to share?
Hi, James. Spiraling is one of those advanced practices that I’ve only had limited exposure to. I have to assume that’s because it can be dangerous without a good teacher. I would really like to do a workshop or something in Spiraling but it hasn’t come around to my area. Paul Cavel, a senior instructor, has a really good website and lays out the whole sequence of integrated practice of the qigong sets, bagua, tai chi, and Xingyi. I joined his newsletter and found some great big picture stuff there. Maybe you know Paul or could check out his website. I’ve just resigned myself to waiting until a seminar or workshop on this comes around.
