I got the email note to download Chapter 6 and got the message, “Access denied. Your account does not have permission to view this page.” This was at http://www.energyarts.com/node/3900
As far as I can tell my account is in good standing. Anyone else having this problem?
Yeah, the same thing happened to me and I sent in email to EA. I don’t see the chapter anywhere on the site. Maybe they sent this email too early, before the moved it the accessible part of the site. I’m just waiting…
Have the same problem still so far.
Wrote a mail to energyarts and hope they fix it.
Maybe their mail was days ahead.Same here.

The TTC 6 files are hosted on a remote server. We are in touch with the hosting company now and they should have this issue fixed by tomorrow.
