AnonymousGuestI don´t know if there is an introduction somewhere in the DVD´s for Tai chi circling hands, but if not it would be nice to get it with deeper explanations of integrating neigong-components in them.
They seem to be also a great warm-up execise.January 19, 2013 at 1:02 am #133063
PaulCavelMemberHi Stefan,
Bruce has recorded a series of videos on Tai Chi Circling Hands as a response to requests for warm-up exercises in the questions and answers.
We are working on editing it now.
Thks,

AnonymousGuestIn todays email: “Tai Chi for Beginners Program Request” it is stated that there will be a release of a Beginners Program with Circling Hands next week. Will we (from the mastery program) have access to the Vids or is this a separat program?
I was only interested in the Circling Hands a a warm-up-exercise and waited every day for an upload of just this few exercises. Could you please shed some light on this issue?

AnonymousGuestI would just like to say the Mastery Programme forum and support seem to be going from strength to strength, so well done to all the EA office and Many thanks Bruce for providing all this additional content. I’m sure that all of us who attended the Instructor event especially are very energised by this generosity.

AnonymousGuestI would like to express my “attitude of gratitude” for everything Bruce and the staff have provided in this Mastery Program. Over the many years I have practiced, I have had many types/styles of teachers. This is truly a master’s program!
During my time as a river/climb guide we used a saying, “Never expected; always appreciated!” This pertained to monetary tips, but in this case it is about the knowledge, instruction and time Bruce and the EA staff have given.

PaulCavelMemberHi Daniel,
The Beginners program is already part of the Mastery Program and is in the membership group. The Circling Hands Program will be uploaded to the member group in March when it is made available. There is no additional cost and we will send out an email in March when it becomes available.
Thanks,
Richard
