Hi, Bruce, I found that it is particular’s challenging to put weight on one leg while the body is positioned in the middle, which is what is required in White Crane Spreads Its Wing Part 1. Can you shed more light on this? What is the training procedure to gain such a capability? Thank you very much!

Holding tai Chi postures are used to develop this capacity, especially postures that are single weighted (all the weight on one leg). More training videos on holding tia chi standing postures will be included in the second installment.

Thanks for your response. I can do it when all weight is on one leg, the challenge here is that the center of gravity is in the middle. Hope the training video on standing postures address this type of situation.
