I’ve started to actively work with the bone marrow. Does anyone have have experience or notes from Bruce’s seminars related to bone marrow washing or simply working with the bone marrow?
On the last track of the 2nd DVD of Bruce’s “Dragon and Tiger Medical Chi Gung” course, he gives an advanced demo of the 7 movements.
As he is doing Movement 3, “Tiger Crouches,” he mentions that as the facing palms move down both sides of the forward leg the energy between the Lao Gong palm points moves energy through the center of the bone marrow of the leg bones, washing the bone marrow.That’s all I’ve seen.
