As an intermediate Tai Chi student in the Energy Arts system, it is very helpful to hear these concepts presented from a different perspective – Thank You!
My question concerns standing alignment: Is the body’s weight centered over the Bubbling Well point of the foot or slightly behind it? I see that the Bubbling Well isn’t being referenced in the glossary of terms, which is probably intentional, but i’d like to confirm the centering point in relation to it.
regards,
-David
Hi David, I’m glad you’re finding the course useful so far and thanks for the positive feedback. To answer your question, the bodyweight goes through the backs of the knees into the centre of the arch of the foot. Make adjustments gently and slowly. Good luck!
