Could it be that videos 2 and 3 are the same ones? The beginning of both feel identical and the lengths match too. If I were to guess this would rather be the video for lesson 3, which of course makes me very curious as to what the other might be.
Also when combining the kwa squat with the cricling hands the idea of horizontal is confusing me a bit. When in the squat do you mean to say the arms should be at a right angle to the body when reaching the “back” position, or do they stay on a horizontal plane and thus parallel to the ground?
