AnonymousGuesthi Paul, I’ve got a question about the Practice Log, and standing, breathing and sinking chi. Does this mean we are supposed to integrate the breathing techniques with our standing and dissolving practice? If so, could you direct me to the video that discusses this? Thanks again for your guidance in this course!
regards,

AnonymousGuestHi David, I’ve included standing/breathing/sinking qi as one practice simply to maximise your training time.
However, I would recommend first practising each exercise sequentially for a couple of weeks or more:
- Start with alignments
- Next focus on breathing
- Then sink your qi
You will find the sinking qi audio in Week 2, which will take you through a guided standing and sinking qi practice.
After practising each exercise sequentially for a couple of weeks or more, as needed, you can start putting them together. Once you can comfortably stand and breathe (as instructed in the breathing videos) and stand and sink qi as two separate practices, then you can combine all three into one practice of standing, breathing and sinking qi.
I hope this helps!
