AnonymousGuestPaul,
Sorry for a somewhat blunt manner of asking, but this is exactly how my mother asked me when she felt qi for the first time after having done some Circling Hands. And I couldn’t give her any clear answer.
I was able to feel qi even before I started Bruce’s curriculum somewhat three years ago. I can’t say I can direct qi around my body in a way that would be predicable and repeatable, so I guess I’m in a very initial stages of working with qi.
I understand that work with qi can be done for health and/or spiritual purposes. My mother at this point is interested in the health applications only.– Are there any practical applications of feeling and directing qi? In Bruce’s curriculum?
– How feeling qi can facilitate/advance our spiritual work, if at all?Thank you in advance,

AnonymousGuestIgor, Everything in the Energy Arts System has a practical
application for feeling, directing, controlling and developing qi, including
all qi gong, tai chi, bagua and meditation practices. In addition to the videos in the first week, I’ve got 100
posts on my blog that cover numerous angles and aspects of applying nei gong
from health to meditation, for example see:http://www.circlewalking.com/2031/learn-tai-chi-exercises/
