Hi!
I would like to see what instructional books on Wu style Tai Chi (BK Frantzis style) are aviable. I know about:
– T’ai Chi by Andrew Popovic
– The Internal Structure of Cloud Hands by Robert Tangora
– Opening the Energy Gates of your Body by BK Frantzis (OK, this is an instructional book on Qigong but same principles are used also in Tai Chi)These are books on the Wu Tai Chi system as tought by BK Frantzis. Anybody knows for any other book? Thanks.

Wu Style Tai Chi Chan by Wu Ying-hua and Ma Yueh-liangNeither are directly what Bruce teaches. I don’t know of anything apart from the Tai Chi Mastery program that covers Bruce’s stuff.

Trevor, I had seen the book by Frank on Northern Wu. Is the form in it the same as the one BKF uses? If not, is there material in it that would make it a useful instructional manual?
I’ve ordered the TCMP so will , of course, consider it my primary instructional source, but was curious about Frank’s book.

Trevor, if the form in these books is not like the form we use, is there, in your opinion, still sufficient data to make the purchase of them worthwhile?

The books Classic Northern Wu Style by Frank Allen and Wu Style Tai Chi Chan by Wu Ying-hua and Ma Yueh-liang are nt about the BK Frantzis Wu style.
Also the form in the book on the Classic Northern Wu Style is not the same as done by BK Frantzis. It could be OK as reference.
