Any update on the release date for the fourth palm change DVDs?

I meant to attach this post to this thread. I’m posting it here with minor corrections.
I’ve been working with the first 6 palm changes a lot lately. My understanding of them continues to swirl and change. I continue to try to understand what the primary energy of each palm change is and how to manifest that energy.
The best explanation that Bruce ever gave on these energies was in a seminar in New York back in 1999, but Bruce never went into the fourth palm change.
I’m still trying to find hints as to what the Thunder palm is all about. The DVD won’t be released until the fall. Can anyone who attended the Thunder palm seminar or has been taught the fourth palm change in private lessons with Bruce share any insight into the energy of this trigram?

To be clear, I don’t want a quote from a translation of the I Ching or some other system, I’m looking for something that Bruce has taught.
Any news on the release date?
I’m still anticipating the release of the Thunder Palm DVDs. At this point, I have at least 10 ways to manifest the energy of Thunder. I’m hoping the DVDs will either narrow the possibilities or take me in a new direction.
One of my favorite ways to perform the energy of Thunder uses the etheric body extending out beyond the physical body. In this interpretation I start with the Heaven palm then get the etheric online in the Earth palm, then the Wind palm, and then finally perform the Thunder palm once those are flowing well.
I start with the Heaven palm and concentrate on making the etheric come up from the feet up the body. I perform the Heaven palm focusing on all of the yang flows occurring simultaneously. The flow up the yang side of the body rises up from the feet to the top of the head, the flow that splits at C7 comes up to above the head and out the extremities, the flow that starts in the lower tantien and goes through the armpit and kwa to the end of the etheric field, the flows up the side channels, and the core channel are all happening at once.
The Earth palm keeps the yang flows going but focuses only on the yin flows coming down the front of the body. Most importantly I’m trying to open the etheric field in front of the body all the way down below the feet.
The Wind palm is performed with awareness of both the yang and yin flows simultaneously. The flows are complementary. The more up in the yang flows, the heavy the down is in front.
The Thunder does something strange. I go up the back and basically complete the flow of the Heaven palm in the very first gesture when the hands go slightly up and away from the body. As the hands start coming in and down, I complete the flow of the Earth palm to below the feet in front of the body. Now the strange part: I turn the phyical body around 180 degrees facing in the opposite direction. The etheric flow is coming underneath the feet but because I’m facing the opposite direction the flow is down the back and up the front. I attach the forward hand to the rising flow and the back hand to the downward flow. I’ve effectively reversed the vertical cycle of etheric energy. This swirling Wind produces a “shocking” reversal and powerful opening. I’ve also got the energy channels flowing and clearing in the opposite direction.
Like the Wind palm both flows are occurring simultaneously, but in the opposite direction. Wind was up the back and down the front. Thunder is up the front and down the back. The remainder of the Thunder palm change just uses this flow pattern two or three more times before going back to walking the circle.
This seems to be the natural progression of opening the etheric field as described in the BMP.
This way of practicing the palm change works directly with the etheric sphere. It also changes everything. It opens new possibilities that weren’t previously possible.
For example, the Heaven palm can be performed with energy coming up both the back and the front of the body. You prepared for this in the neigung set Spiraling Energy body, but now it is more complete, connected, and accessible.
The Earth palm can be performed with energy coming down both the front of the body and down the back.
In the Wind palm the organs were nurtured by allowing the descending energy to penetrate them and open them up. The opening energy expanded and fed the yang cycle when it expanded enough to reach the back. Now you can do the same thing using either the descending flow, the ascending flow, or both.
In the end, right or wrong, I’ve opened the etheric field more. I can allow the downward flow of energy more completely both inside and outside the body (Energy gates). I can bring energy up more completely (Spiraling). I can do both of them simultaneously (Marriage of Heaven and Earth).
I’d also add that Bruce taught these energy flows in the context of the neigung set “Gods Playing in the Clouds” in 2010 and in a “Tai Chi as Meditation” seminar before that. Those energy flows aren’t really the energy of the trigram, they are neigung.
The progression illustrates both how to use Bagua as a neigung “container” as well as how Bruce’s neigung sets progress. The big takeaway is that you can’t really understand the later steps until the earlier foundation material is understood. In Bagua, you need to understand the energy of Heaven before you’ll understand the energy of Earth. You have to understand both Heaven and Earth before you can mix them as in the Wind palm. You need to understand Heaven and Earth and Wind before you can appreciate Thunder.
More importantly, Bruce has taught only Heaven, Earth, and Wind in the BMP because we need to open the physical and etheric bodies fully before opening the emotional body. I don’t think he wants to teach the forms and neigung so much as he is trying to teach the beginning stage of the sequence jing, Chi, shen, wu, tao.
Opening the etheric sphere is just the jing phase. It isn’t complete enough to move forward to opening the emotional body until that sphere is completely open and accessible. Even then, I’m sure we will need to return to clearing it more fully as the emotional body opens.
So, from this perspective, the Thunder palm isn’t really the Thunder palm until the emotional body is completely open. But practicing the way I described opens the etheric body more completely and is necessary because energy moves through the channels in both directions. If you can’t move it equally well in both directions, you haven’t completed the work at that stage.
Oh well, back to work.
In case it wasn’t clear from this post, the Wind palm could be inclusion of both combining yang up the back and yin down the front as well as the opposite flow: up the front (yin side) and down the back (yang side).
I prefer this interpretation for several reasons: 1) it makes the energy of Wind more abstract and therefore inclusion of both flows. 2) it makes the Wind palm distinct and independent from the neigung flows. 3) it explains the Wind palm form as taught in New York. The two palms strikes taught in that version could be explained by the two flows in opposite directions. Which flow you use is independent of the strike, it is more important how you are mixing Heaven and Earth.
If this is correct, then the Thunder palm is something else.
Does anyone who attended the Thunder Palm change seminar remember if Bruce talked about generating the power of thunder from the central channel?
