I’m in the first month of the Energy Arts Training Circle. I am a little confused about sinking the qi from the top of the head down. At first, I thought it was toward the outside of your head from the top down toward the jaw/neck. However, now I’m wondering if it isn’t supposed to be down through your central channel toward the base of the brain and then down from there?
Hello Rosie,
I am of course no authority on the subject, but for me it has always been: Energy follows intent; or actually truer, attention.
So if I just sink me Qi as strongly as possible the channel doesn’t matter. Everything goes down. Because that is where I want it to go. Also, there are many smaller channels, and Qi gets even through where I cannot percieve any channel; the resistance is just higher.
So down evertything goes. It finds its way.
