Is there anyone on the forum that attended the Spiralling 2014 seminars AND has taken spirallling with Bruce previously? I’d be interested if Bruce taught anything new and if so, could you elaborate for the group?

Is anyone working with the etheric body just like it is an extension of the physical? In other words, are you rotating, twisting, and spiraling the energy body in exactly the same way you rotate, twist, or spiral a physical limb?
